Carter Holm
Foreman

Carter joined Liggins Landscaping in 2021 during his senior year at Port Angeles High School. From day one, his dedication, work ethic, and willingness to learn set him apart. He thrives in the outdoors and spends his spare time working on his truck, always pushing himself to improve.Over the years, Carter has grown into a true leader, earning multiple promotions along the way. In the 2024 season, he stepped up as our field manager and was soon promoted to foreman—an achievement that reflects his exceptional drive and commitment. His team-first mentality and passion for mastering new skills make him an invaluable part of our crew. As we launch H.U.M.A.N. 501(c)(3) in January 2025, Carter will serve as the organization’s President, further demonstrating his leadership and dedication to making a difference. We couldn’t be prouder of his success and are excited to see all he continues to accomplish!

Russell Gaither
Landscaper & Driver

Russell has been a valued member of our team since March 28, 2023. A longtime Sequim local, he grew up riding BMX at Lincoln Park and has always had a love for trucks and all things Pacific Northwest. We’ve seen so much growth in Russell—he falls and gets right back up, always pushing forward. Over time, he has truly come out of his shell, gaining confidence and becoming a hardworking, dependable part of our landscaping crew.
